I make use of various web tracking and hit counter services. These may use your IP address or domain
name to gather broad demographic information used to report on such statistics as the number of visitors to this site
per country or time zone. None of them provide me with access to IP or email addresses for any visitors.
If you send me email, I will then have your email address. I will not divulge your email address unless required to

Since I do not collect any personal information on this Web site, I have no security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, or alteration of the information I do not have.
Advertisers
I do not receive any fees for displaying advertising banners. I may have a "banner exchange" banner
on one or more pages on this site. By displaying such banners, my banners get displayed by other sites that are part
of the banner exchange network. However, this is strictly barter, with no money changing hands.
I therefore consider this to be a non-commercial site.
Special Relationships
I add links from this site to other sites that I personally find to be useful or interesting.
I have joined affiliate programs and otherwise make myself eligible to receive compensation
for referrals to some sites, but all such relationships came after I linked to a given site for non-commercial reasons.
In most cases, I only recently discovered the affiliate programs of sites to which
I have had links for over a year.
The various companies in whose affiliate programs I participate use cookies to track
visitor referrals from this site, and may request personal information from visitors. I do not receive any this information
except in the form of aggregate reports.
Thus far, I have not actually received enough income from these relationships to offset my monthly internet access
fee (I have cable modem service, and I only use the free hosting space provided by my ISP and various other sites
that provide free web site hosting.
If by some miracle this site starts producing huge amounts of money, I will still pick my links based on personal
usefulness or preferences rather than income potential. I do not sell any products from this site.
